I am Malerie Volante Emswiler, a Rhode Island native and food and beverage enthusiast. I am health conscious with a penchant for creating simple and delicious home cooked meals. My husband, Greg and I enjoy experimenting with meal planning, culinary techniques and plating methods, interesting recipes and local and unique ingredients. Contrasting the often elegant presentation of our creations, the vast majority are enjoyed at our coffee table.
